The Music China Industry Forum is jointly organized by the two leading industry associations in China and the US, CMIA and NAMM. Music China Master Classes
Music China is not only an annual gathering for all music enthusiasts, but also an important international platform for music and cultural exchange between China and the rest of the world. Prominent musical performers, instructors, educators, and professional musicians gather at the show every October to share their musical talent and artistic experience with music lovers of all kinds. The National Music Education Conference
The National Music Education Conference brings together experts, scholars, and industry leaders in music education from throughout China and around the world to exchange their knowledge and experience, focusing on the latest hot topics in pedagogical theory and practice in music. With hundreds of activities including keynote speeches, panel discussions, workshops, poster exhibitions and concerts, it covers the latest industry policies and development trends to music education practitioners, as well as providing fresh insight into cutting-edge concepts, teaching best practice, and innovative business models. Through two years of development, the National Music Education Conference has quickly become an influential and market-oriented event in China’s flourishing domestic music education industry, as well as a developing international platform for music educators the world over.
New Product Global Launch
Music China’s “New Product Global Launch” blockbuster event promotes the development of new technologies and product innovations in the music industry. The International Electronic Music Competition (IEMC)
The International Electronic Music Competition (IEMC) hosted at Music China focuses on technological research and development, industry application, and artistic innovation in the pioneering field of contemporary music technology. It presents highly advanced music technology to the general public through cool and trendy performances, integrating “the professional” with “the universal”, with the aim of creating an “Oriental Grammy Awards” in the field of music technology, and advancing the rapid growth of China’s electronic music industry in the process. Aside from the fierce competition, Music China also brings audiences cheerful live performances on booths throughout the show and on the four outdoor stages onsite. With hundreds of music performances including a wide variety of genres from heavy metal to rock, jazz, folk, and classical music, this four-day musical extravaganza woven into the show will undoubtedly light you up.
``Music Warms Our Heart``
The “Music Warms Our Heart” initiative is a charitable project launched by Music China in 2014. It collects donations for autistic children in the Shanghai Auxiliary School and non-profit organizations in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu. In addition to the donation of musical instruments, Music China also donates the income of tickets and charity sales on an exclusive day to the Shanghai Education Development Foundation to help more children. Music China also provides a stage for autistic children to show their talents, as well as a charity concert and a stunning “flash show” during the exhibition period.
